Stayed for two nights with my husband . Sue was lovely but the whole resort is in desparate need of renovation, cleaning and heavy duty gardening. Lake front room we stayed had faulty microwave.(electric sparks- sue replaced it) There is no lake - its a false advetising. At best there was pond there once upon a time.Not this weekend. Just bush with lots of broken trees debris and all in all desparate need for cleaning.Mould all over the place, very dusty, stickly floors and windows. We loved the quiet seclusion of these lovely cabins, the enclosed balcony, comfortable King bed and peaceful charm of the decor all exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Sue and the team for your wonderful hospitality.

I will start with the good. Sue was an absolute delight and upgraded us to a bigger room for free and it was very quiet, which was lovely. The room left alot to be desired though, for an upgraded room, it was not clean enough at all and very out dated. We made a list of the issues that we found, which in itself, is not a good sign. The room was so dusty, my wife had to get an inhaler and I had to get Telfast just to breathe. We had to get antibacterial wipes to clean along windows and side boards.
