It saddens me that I even have to leave this review. On Saturday my extended family lost their cat and their home in a devastating house fire in Monkton. Our regular vet was closed by the time someone was able to process that we needed/wanted to take the cat for proper cremation. Mount Carmel was open and VERY close. Upon arrival with the deceased cat in tow and an extremely distraught owner, who literally had just lost everything to their name, was told the cost and payment of $130 was due prior to cremation.
