Let me say I have purchased a brand new Ford from Courtesy Ford in London and had a wonderful experience, so go there if you’re looking for good treatment. The staff here are RUDE! I the car was nice but if they are rude prior to having your money what do you think they will be like once they have your money? Do yourself and favour and go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with dignity. BOO FORD! You should be ashamed! I won’t ever be returning.
