Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I brought my precious Bailey there on Thursday and again on Saturday. They truly dismissed her symptoms and I finally brought her to Harmony Animal Hospital where they told me her bladder had burst. Mt Bethel didn't even notice she had gained 3 pounds from Thursday to Saturday and wasn't eating. So that wasn't normal and then they pumped IV fluids into her. Two hours later her bladder was gone. They found out on Monday from the Harmony Vet that she had passed and never even called me to extend any sympathy. I have been using... read more

My daughters rabbit was really sick. They were so kind and helpful through the entire experience. Starting with the phone call to try and get her an apt. all the way to having to say good bye to her. Very friendly and compassionate.
I recently brought my beloved 17 year-old dog in to be euthanized, and despite being a relatively new customer, they treated us like family. I'm not an emotional person, however, I was a complete mess on that day. They were so very understanding and kind to me in my meltdown. I could barely speak coherently, I was so grief-stricken.
