If your website says ATM open 24 hours, but the ATM is in a locked lobby then what use does the ATM have? There are so few M&T locations it’s ridiculous. Now I have to take more time out of my week to get my own hard earned money or I can use another bank and receive a fee. This and the fact you hold onto paychecks for DAYS makes me want to leave this bank behind. Ridiculous
There's not many branches of M &T bank in Washington DC. Having a location that a member can swipe their card non business hours and have access to an inside ATM is crucial. This branch for some reason doesn't accommodate its members. Shameful.
The do not have after hours access to ATM machine.
