Worst experience I've ever had. Already going through a hard time with my mothees death. Trying to close her account, im told one person is ahead of me. I wait 15 minutes, then the guy working with him says he has a meeting now so the next will get me. Once the next lady was done with her client she went on break. So now 45 minutes later I still have accomplished nothing but a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing
