Business mind
Avoid banking at M&T at all costs if you have a choice. We are in the process of purchasing a vehicle from an M&T Bank customer and the bank has made the whole process a complete mess for us and the seller. They have delayed the process and made multiple errors in handling the financials. We will never do business with them.

PERRINE TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY CARD AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS WHEN SHE HELPED ME OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH MT&T. THE FACT THAT PERRINE EVEN REMEMBERED ME AND CARED ENOUGH TO CALL ME TO ENSURE THE PROCESS WENT WELL IS SHOCKING TO ME. I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH GENUINE CARE FROM ANY BANK. THIS BANK AND ALL M&T BRANCHES IN DC ARE ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE. NOT A SINGLE BRANCH HAS A LOBBY ATM THAT I CAN USE. EVERY ATM SAYS OUT OF SERVICE. M&T SHAME ON YOU. MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY FEES ON NON M&T ATMS. NO ONE DO BUSINESS HERE
I arrived right after the bank had technically closed at 5:00pm, yet Lorena and Karlene stayed late to help me reset my PIN and access funds from my checking account. I would have been in a bind if they had not. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist me!
