The staff here is excellent. Probably the best bank service I've ever received. I've seen them interact with other customers in the same friendly and helpful way in which I'm treated upon each and every visit. I have both personal accounts and business accounts with M&T, and based on the excellent service I continually receive, we're planning on opening several more accounts. It's great to actually trust the bank we deal with, which in this day and age is becoming increasingly rare.
Tried to access the ATM after hours, and the card swipe simply refused to work, very frustrating as I had walked 10 mins out of my way to get to this bank
