We have been banking with M&T for years. Love this location and the employees are the best! Always very friendly and helpful.
No service for non-M&T customers at all. Not even for $100. Rude cashier. Came again in a few months. Again no service. Not recommend to visit.
I have been banking with M&T Bank for 25 years, the last 10 years at the 1899 L St. location. Always a friendly face to greet me and great customer service. Has been extremely helpful on a day-to-day business basis and also on other matters like taking out loans, notary service, wiring money, and all other business matters. I have all of my family's personal accounts and my business accounts with them. Thank you Winston, Toni, Ernesto, Miriam...Highly recommend this branch.
i advise all not to do business here. not only does ticket issuers stand outside to ticket anyone who parks on the street, the service inside of building is terrible, i will not be doing business here again
THIS BANK AND ALL M&T BRANCHES IN DC ARE ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE. NOT A SINGLE BRANCH HAS A LOBBY ATM THAT I CAN USE. EVERY ATM SAYS OUT OF SERVICE. M&T SHAME ON YOU. MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY FEES ON NON M&T ATMS. NO ONE DO BUSINESS HERE
