I'm from Baltimore, so having a local M&T Bank in Jersey City was just what I needed! While opening my new account, Trumain Prince, my Relationship Manager, took care of every aspect of my banking needs, and knowing I was a big RAVENS fan, he made sure I had multiple Ravens custom bank card options. He was patient, professional, thoughtful, and very personable. I could tell he enjoys his work and has a passion for helping customers. He is a rare gem in the cutthroat banking industry.

The worst bank in the whole world, they don’t even wait for you to finish the call, they just hang up. A terrible service. Like another person said, I wish there could be a 0 star rate 👎
