While opening my new account, Trumain Prince, my Relationship Manager, took care of every aspect of my banking needs, and knowing I was a big RAVENS fan, he made sure I had multiple Ravens custom bank card options. He was patient, professional, thoughtful, and very personable. I could tell he enjoys his work and has a passion for helping customers. He is a rare gem in the cutthroat banking industry.
