The bank sent notice to all account holders several months ahead of time giving date of closing of branch. They also gave location of nearby branches where we will be served.
The worst of the worst. The branch closed without notifying customers. Today stopped by and found the doors boarded up. Not even a note on the door. Gotta track down my account but perhaps it’s for the best, time to leave the Soviet state of mind of NE Philadelphia.
Worst bank ever. Called ahead to make sure I could withdraw, said it would not be a problem. Went to the branch, they made me wait 55 minutes. They did not have a branch manager, and when they finally contacted him, they refused to give me my money. Horrible experience.
