SO I HAD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A PERSON THAT DEALS WITH THAT ACCOUNT. THE PERSON SPOKE WITH IN THE BANK EMAIL THIS PERSON TO CONTACT ME THAT DAY AT 2'CLOCK SO I WENT HOME AND WAITED FOR THAT PHONE CALL BUT IT NEVER CAME.
