I had an outstanding experience with the teller Scarlet , she takes her time and she’s very patient with you super sweet. She does her job with ease and is a wonderful human to interact with .
This location is very unprofessional and you get profiled when making certain transactions. Happen to me twice.
The manager was more focused on socializing with other clients than offering support. Yes, the banker under him could use his support but sheesh multi-task could you even acknowledge us or get us set up. Looked at me and didn’t say hello or acknowledge we were waiting.
The ATM at this bank is in a high traffic part of Orange NJ, a ghetto you might say and for the one thousandth time I go there to use the ATM and all it can give me is $5 bill denominations because people cashing their welfare checks etc. drained it once again and left me with no money larger than $5 bills. They don't seem to care that the ATM is empty most of the time but 1st of the month is the worst time to need cash from there.
