The manager was more focused on socializing with other clients than offering support. Yes, the banker under him could use his support but sheesh multi-task could you even acknowledge us or get us set up. Looked at me and didn’t say hello or acknowledge we were waiting.
The ATM at this bank is in a high traffic part of Orange NJ, a ghetto you might say and for the one thousandth time I go there to use the ATM and all it can give me is $5 bill denominations because people cashing their welfare checks etc. drained it once again and left me with no money larger than $5 bills. They don't seem to care that the ATM is empty most of the time but 1st of the month is the worst time to need cash from there.

I was profiled. The bank manager said because my withdrawal was a large amount. He told me that because he didn't know me he would not allow me to receive my money. Even though my main branch called.
