Scam alert. I was just quoted a 20% fee to cash a payroll check FROM M&T BANK! Tried to convince me to open an account, but why would I do that if this is how you treat customers? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
