The bank does not accept legal tender. I tried to deposit 16 old hundred bills to my mortgage. Jessica broke one piece into two on her hand. She taped it and tried to return it to me. She also said she could not identify one piece out of that 16 pieces and eventually she returned 7 pieces of $100 bill to me.. Jessica stated she could not accept those bills. Bad customer service I walk in there to open savings account and she do not want to help whats is going on in America people do not want to work this is reason we need robots this lady works at M&T bank just collecting pay check it is sad we have people like this working I am calling corporate what's wrong with my money just because I am different I am as much American as everyone else is this woman from Latin America not let me open account
