I have been banking for years in this institution. Today 1/4/24 I referred my brother to open an account with M&T because I have always received great customer service. This afternoon we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and were greeted 3 minutes before 4PM by Jessica. I also have to say that No one even greeted us when we first arrived at the Bank.
