I have been banking for years in this institution. Today 1/4/24 I referred my brother to open an account with M&T because I have always received great customer service. This afternoon we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and were greeted 3 minutes before 4PM by Jessica. I also have to say that No one even greeted us when we first arrived at the Bank. Limited staff, manager is just hiding in his office avoiding to provide assistance
Very nice and knowledgeable personnel. I would recommend it. Plus, if you speak Spanish and want to deal in your language, this is the bank!
