I just walked out of this bank. The lady had a terrible costumer service. lake l never had it before If she is having a bad day . Don’t take it out with the Costomer .

A dear friend of mine faced some identity theft issues this past weekend. It was a huge, intimidating, and stressful occurrence. However, with the help of Ms Diana Ortiz, she calmly and successfully managed my friends accounts and put her mind at ease. I can’t say enough positive things about how the entire situation was handled by everyone at the branch, but Ms Ortiz went over and above.
Not enough workers during lunch time...may need to make an appointment if more than depositing or taking money out...
