I've worked with the senior branch manager Ibrahim Bah for literally 4 months on attempting to obtain clarity on business loans & credit lines. He has dropped the ball consistently -- does not respond to me for weeks until I have to email twice to follow-up. It's been consistent disappointment after disappointment with no results or competency from his end. I am so sorry for confusion. This branch actually always meet my expectations and beyond. Their staff and manager the most helpful and professional you will always meet. My initial negative review meant for Chevy chase branch not this branch. I apologized for confusion.
This bank has its garbage cans full and the manager there does not do anything, the garbage is blown everywhere by the wind and when you say something to them they get angry and say they are not responsible for it but their container has their name
Past couple of years they have a great team of employees. Friendly environment and does feel like a neighborhood bank which is a hard to find in DC. I can say that since native Washingtonian as well as life long Woodley Park resident. Job well done.
