The staff of extremely rude. They never call back or keep their appointments. I am moving my business account to another bank because they disappointed me so many times. 1st and last time I’ve ever had to beg a bank for business.
Cash deposit does not get credited on the same day…. If you make a deposit on a Friday you have to wait until Tuesday to use funds. Also I have a M&T checking account and I get paid from a M&T check every month but when need to cash my checks there is always at least a 30min wait time to verify. They act like I stole my checks everytime I go into the branch I open my scout or any other branch form m&t

Very limited hours for in-person banking convenience: 9 to 4 during weekdays only at this location as of 7/7/24. Unlike other banks, they were unable to provide me with a replacement ATM/debit card (“only the Mayfair branch has that service”); I had to wait 7-10 days to receive it through snail mail, so every time I needed to make a deposit or withdrawal, I had to make sure it was during open hours and do it at the counter.
