I paid my rent on time, I was a good tenant and I gave over 30 days notice to vacate. The manager who was there got fired right after I first moved in. The apartment was dirty and there was noticeable damage to the floor and carpet. After I paid the last month's rent, the landlord gave me a list of things to do.
