The store owner does not take responsibility for their errors and wanted to charge me 33 percent more. They blamed a new employee for miss filing with the insurance company and wanted to charge me 33 percent more. First, why blame the new employee. It is the companies responsibility to train their employees. Secondly, they refuse to cover for their mistake.
Nice people who were on time. Checkup was thorough and used advanced equipment and tests. Checkup went quickly and all my questions were addressed.
They helped me cure my blindness. I owe them my first born child. 10/10 recommend
Great attention to details. I broke my frames a week before my yearly check up. When testing my eyes I didn’t need a prescription change. The staff installed my lenses from my broken frames into another set of frames I had. Even when I didn’t purchase my glasses from Mt Baker Vision.
