Best experience that I’ve ever had getting an eye exam. This was my first visit to Mt Baker Optical, and the student Optometrist was so thorough. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, you would think that she had been licensed for years. I then met another gal who helped me with my contact lens and eyeglass purchase, and she also was so friendly, patient and helpful. I could not have asked for better service from these two ladies!
I love the people here!! I gave a 4 star because I was shocked at the price of just lenses for my own frames.
My appointment yesterday started as expected. After the initial testing, I was left in the exam room to wait for the doctor. After 25 minutes of waiting, I finally went out into the hall to find someone and let them know that I was still waiting. I was told they were really busy. During the entire 25 minutes of waiting, I could hear people in the next exam room, they were laughing and talking.
