Mt. Baker was the first in the country to allow snowboarding on their mountain. This has become their legacy. Yet 25 years later they have forgotten there inclusive past as they now only allow skis, snowboards and teles on their lifts.

Not today. Mild precipitation and snow turned into torrential rain. After one run, had to go into dry and someone stole my goggles. Had to ski down without them and freeze my face off. No help from staff. Price has gone up too. Resorts closer to home are looking more favourable. If you took them by mistake from here, please hand them in.

I was riding yesterday Monday Jan 13th for the first time this season after scraping together enough money to go, lets face it snowboarding is expensive.
