We had a garage door spring break and they were able to come and get it fixed for a very reasonable price the very next day. All other companies in the area said there was a weeks wait. Couldn’t recommend enough - all the staff was amazing!
Good work... terrible communication! We have used them in the past, and they have been good. However, this last time, we never received a confirmation email/text/phone call about when they were coming out. So, when they showed up, we, of course, were not ready for them. Which somehow became our fault. Now they say they won't reschedule and come back out. Meanwhile, we have a broken garage door, that we can't use. So much for servicing your installs. We ordered a modern garage door from Mount Baker Garage Doors for our new home we are building and couldn't be happier. They were easy to work with and the installation process was top notch. They came out and did an amazing job wit the installation! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a garage door at competitive prices.

Product quality is likely great, but we will never know. After my husband gave up on getting a call back, I called and talked to Charley about dropping off a check and finalizing color. I was told Jackie would be in the office from 8-2. I drove 40 minutes from Anacortes with my 2 kids in tow, showed up at 9:15 and no one was there. I waited for 20 min, called, emailed, left messages- nothing.
