i dont know if they treat everyone ,of either gender, with the sticky, sweet ,superficial smile before they retreat to the scene of the crime to sabotage your vehicle. They talk of their expertise on their website, but i failed to see any certifications displayed at the shop. RUN, dont walk, away!
This shop is not honest!!! They overcharge for labor and parts. I pulled up after my serpentine belt broke and I couldn't steer. After checking my vehicle they said I needed a new belt, a new water pump and an alternator. They said that the belt had damaged the alternator and the water pump.They immediately printed an invoice listing the part charges and the labor charges--before they even knew how many hours it would take.
