I have brought my truck to MT auto for tire change over and other things for three years, I am done with them. There were times when their credit card machine wasn't working and no one ever let me know before showing up or even when making the appointment. Another time I went in to have them order new tires which they did, and when I came to get them changed they had ordered the wrong ones. Terrible communication and even worse pricing, nothing but a scam
They are always willing to help - just had one of the guys help me with filling up my tires.
This company actually cares. Thank you.
Very poor customer service. Had an appointment set for 2 1/2 weeks in advance and when I got there, was told they may not be able to do it. If you don't do installations on a Saturday, don't take the appointment.
