I have been here for stroke rehab rehab. Highly recommend. The staff is excellent
Though the treatment is very good. The wait time past most scheduled clinic or treatment appts. Is always a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour past when you are scheduled to show up. Don't be in a hurry. It also seems not to matter what department you are seeing. I have been going there for about 10 years with little or no change. But I am very happy with my doctors and treatment.
Asking patients to come in, only to say they can't help and need to send you to Dartmouth. Thank you so much for the waste of time and money. They will literally leave you lying on the emergency room floor, begging for help while sitting around in the back room...
All about getting insurance payments then abandoning patients. Unprofessional staff across departments. Do not send your family here if you care about them.
