Very unprofessional company. You pay half the money up front and they do not start the work when promised. They didn't return our many calls. Finally after a lot of frustration, they called back and started the work. Half finished, asked for the balance of the money and stated they could not pay their work crew without more money and also told us our gutter material did not come in and they would come back for that job. We signed a contract for a new garage with a mini in-law suite on November 7, 2016. We chose them, even though they were the high bid, because they guaranteed it would be done in twelve weeks. Demolition would begin on November 23, 2016. They didn't actually tear down the garage until December 21, 2016. Then they disappeared for a while.
