We were on a trip from Ohio, had a major motor issue right inside NC. Made it to Mount Airy Tire. Had a teenager, a toddler, my husband and I. Needed a valve cover. They found us the part and didn’t kill our bank account to fix it. They put up with my toddler ruling their waiting room very patiently. Always a great group of people. I called Fon_Z on Monday to check on getting a new set of tires for my car and he provided the absolute best customer service that any business could hope for! While driving very far from home today, my drivers side windshield wiper blade broke off. I stopped in at Mount Airy Tire and Automotive today after looking up any auto places close by, as I still had four hours left to drive to get to my destination. They took my car immediately and kept me updated as they had to call someone else to get the specific wiper blades for my car. Very professional and very kind. I was back on the road within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely long wait time and they used synthetic oil and was not supposed to and charged me double! Synthetic oil was not it it prior!
