I've been tearing my hair out over my previous A/C contractor's approach to solving my problems, and now I'm bald. But I found M & T and I'm confident my hair will grow back. They've set a new standard of excellence and I couldn't be happier. From the onsite techs to dispatch to management, they check all the boxes. We had Sean come out at look at our commercial space that we are replacing our hvac on . Sean was very good to deal with offering us many great solutions that are very cost effective alternatives to the what we have now , Thanks Sean for the honesty and great customer service we will being calling M&T again .
Earlier this Spring the heat stopped working in an area of our office. My regular contractor kept putting off my service call, so I reached out to M&T. They were able to send someone over that same day. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Our Rooftop unit was over 20 years old and after he showed us the problems, we opted to replace the unit. That same week they returned and had the new unit installed on the roof early in the morning.
