Absolutely horrible staff. They're extremely rude, hardly pick up the phone, and never call you back so don't bother leaving a voicemail.
Got a vasectomy a few years ago. Surgery went fine, but the just forgot to give me any kind of sedative so it was a pretty unpleasant experience. Also, when I went back to give my sample, as directed, the nurse grabbed the paper bag it was in with a tissue paper like it was disgusting. Like, if you don't want to handle sperm samples (in a plastic cup, in a paper bag) don't work in an urology clinic. Really embarrassing and unnecessary. .
Husband went in for surgery do you think we can get a call back from his surgeon about the complications he is having? Nope
Dr Rizer comes across as a nice caring Dr. Don’t be fooled like I was. Could cost you your health. He doesn’t care and will lie to your face. Don’t trust him!!!!!!
