I overdid my hip flexor stretch after running/piyo/hiking during MI’s Covid work from home EO & had a difficult time ambulating without pain. My PCP referred me to MSU Rehab & after just one visit I started to see results. Turns out we get imbalanced when we stop regular exercise & start back up, overdo it. ☺️ I enjoy going to PT for the results, guidance. Also for the amazing PTs & assistants. Very personable and thorough with what they do. I particularly like doing my P-T through here with MSU Sports medicine across the hall. From initial diagnosis, through surgery, to P-T, it is convenient to be “in-house” with all treatments. It is also reassuring to have such outstanding professionals working me back to health. I also like the interactive at home rehab component that they do, and tweak over time. I am confident it will help improve and accelerate my recovery.
