I do not know as well what has happened here. If you want to see your Dr any time other than your well visit I suggest finding another practice. We absolutely love our Dr but if they are not accessible it does no good. I literally was told last week I may or may not get a phone call back from the call center that answered my call in for a sick visit. I am never able to get a sick visit. If you have that many patients that you no longer have room for established patients it’s not about the care.
I have been so thankful for the doctors and staff. Shortly after my baby was born I had post partum depression and Dr Boote spent time talking with me and giving me advice and all the doctors has taken care of our little girl so well. I recommend this practice to everyone
I used to love this doctors office. I’m not sure what has happened. After 5 years of going here for 4 kid, we will be finding a new doctors office. The front desk staff are extremely rude, they find it acceptable to reschedule doctor appointments with no notification, the doctors are all great but the front staff ruins it for me.
MSU Pediatrics have taken great care of my daughters for the last fifteen years. All of the doctors have been kind and patient, not rushed to move onto the next.
Dr. Greenberg is amazing. My children love him. Front office staff can be rude and the wait time to make new appointments is so long I'll be having to switch offices. I've had nothing but good experiences with the doctors though.
