I have been so thankful for the doctors and staff. Shortly after my baby was born I had post partum depression and Dr Boote spent time talking with me and giving me advice and all the doctors has taken care of our little girl so well. I recommend this practice to everyone
I used to love this doctors office. I’m not sure what has happened. After 5 years of going here for 4 kid, we will be finding a new doctors office. The front desk staff are extremely rude, they find it acceptable to reschedule doctor appointments with no notification, the doctors are all great but the front staff ruins it for me.
MSU Pediatrics have taken great care of my daughters for the last fifteen years. All of the doctors have been kind and patient, not rushed to move onto the next.
Dr. Greenberg is amazing. My children love him. Front office staff can be rude and the wait time to make new appointments is so long I'll be having to switch offices. I've had nothing but good experiences with the doctors though.
This place was a NIGHTMARE! From the front staff and nurses, to Dr. Boote. The front staff and nurses are very rude and unprofessional. Boote was better but has a one track mind. I read the comments below but decided to give the West Side location the benefit of the doubt. This was a huge Mistake.Their main priority is vaccinations. They lost my baby’s records and then told me my baby is behind on 18 vaccines. My child (15mos) has never missed an appointment and received 2 shots of vaccines at every single appointment.
