Why are wheelchairs with two foot rests not available at the entrance for patients? This is the only place we go that one is needed for the patient because of the distance from the parking lot to the doctor's office on 5th floor. All other doctor's offices that the patient goes to (with smaller distances to the office which he can walk to) have fully functional wheelchairs available. He typically does not need or use a wheelchair because of the distance to walk so has not had the need other than here to purchase or use one. ... read more
