I was recently diagnosed with a tumor on my bladder. Dr.Zimmerman went through some of it with me. But overall I feel like my questions were not being answered and I felt still unsure about everything and all I knew was surgery needs to happen. Trying to schedule my next appointment and surgery was a nightmare. After a week and a half of trying, I finally got a hold of the scheduler and it was a very terrible experience. The Dr deserves 5 stars, but trying to get ahold of anyone for an appointment is next to impossible. I think it's time you all find some adequate help, especially in the scheduling department.
Wish they had telehealth for office visits
Absolutely horrible staff. They're extremely rude, hardly pick up the phone, and never call you back so don't bother leaving a voicemail.
Got a vasectomy a few years ago. Surgery went fine, but the just forgot to give me any kind of sedative so it was a pretty unpleasant experience. Also, when I went back to give my sample, as directed, the nurse grabbed the paper bag it was in with a tissue paper like it was disgusting. Like, if you don't want to handle sperm samples (in a plastic cup, in a paper bag) don't work in an urology clinic. Really embarrassing and unnecessary. .
