If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor’s overprescribed topical steroids to my 3 year old daughter. She’s now going through withdrawals that have last a year and we still aren’t healthy.
I go to MSU allergist for my allergy shots. Great people treat me so well. Great atmosphere overall
On a teleahealth appointment for my daughter, i got asked if im vaccinated against covid by the doctor who was supposed to be talking about MY DAUGHTER and her health. Im glad that dr. Martin Hurwitz cares more about my health than my daughters who had an allergic reaction to a medication she was taking.
Poor communication; they were not clear with us at all about our insurance, saying we needed a pre-approval. This was not even true, and come to find out they were out of network. Simply letting us know that when we asked them would have helped to prevent the high bill we also got stuck with that they refused to work with us on. Thanks for not looking out for us, the patient.
