I never leave reviews however this has left me really disappointed and frustrated. I was referred to their office and received a voice-mail stating they were ready to schedule my visit. When I returned their phone call they informed me they weren't accepting new patient at this time. I'm not sure why the miscommunication or why they couldn't have just told me that on the first call they werent accepting new patients instead of wasting my time and getting my hopes up that I'd finally be able to get into see them.

Always a positive experience with Drs. and staff. Dr. McDonald is the Dr I normally see and he has been a blessing.
My experience at this office has been very disappointing. I was scheduled for an apt after waiting months to be seen to only find out it was cancelled and switched without my approval. I tried to discuss with front staff who was rude and very unhelpful. I finally received a call back after multiple attempts to be told sorry we called you… however I had no missed calls or voicemails. This place changed my life. I went from headaches all day everyday to a couple of headaches a month with the help from Dr. McDonald. Great resource.
