Called to get an appointment because I have a possible bone infection (that's kind of serious). Was on hold for 48 minutes and the system hung up on me. I called again and was on hold for another 45 minutes, no answer. Called a third time and hit the number prompt for physicians and they didn't even answer that! Horrible!
