I was seeing another gastroenterologist in the area, they had me on the right meds but the wrong instructions. As well the DR I now see at MSU treats me well and the wait time is always short. Communication is optimal and always easy. I will keep going to them for my chronic issues and would 100% recommend them to others
Have helped me through a C DIF infection and gallbladder issues. Very polite and friendly visits, timely responses compared to other gastrointestinal health care facilities in the area. Additionally the vibe of the waiting room, including other patients of several races has had every appearance of people in good spirits. 100%ego 0% compassion- I reported signs of internal and G.I. bleeding three weeks prior. When inquiring about if I could get an earlier appointment I was told that the best that they could do was for me to see the PA Dr. Reed. For 3 weeks I called to see if I could get an earlier appnt. Highway 127 is under construction and I was eight minutes late to my appnt and they refused to see me . However an elderly white patient took 15 minutes to ask questions.
