There is a great staff of professional, yet caring and dedicated personnel.
I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, but by 2:20 PM the physician had not arrived. I stepped out to ask a nurse if the doctor would be coming soon and happened to run into the physician in the hallway. Instead of addressing the delay, I was told that patients are not supposed to stand in the doorway waiting for the physician and that if I couldn’t wait, I could cancel the appointment. My nephew and I saw Jacob Bryde. Very pleasant to talk to and very professional. Got all tests done. Plan to go there again in 6 months.
The doctors and in-office service have been good. However, communication about appointments and prescription refills in particular have left me incredibly frustrated. It’s definitely not a patient-centered approach to medicine. The patient is doing all the work.
The newer, younger physicians the past three years are terrible. Impatient, lacking compassion. The quality of care has declined to a point where I finally decided to seek care elsewhere.
