Got threatened with Collections !! For a past due bill I had no idea about. I called immediately to pay ,WAITED 36 minutes , then got HUNG- UP. ON . Called again , same thing on their automated phone service. Threatened, long wait, hung up on. No apologies from receptionist, ,, FREAKING DO BETTER!! I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. You NEED my business . I don't NEED Yours...
Was on the phone for 3 hours and not a single person picked up the damn phone. They seriously need to hire more folks to take phone calls or have an email hotline.
