So many things have gone wrong since I started seeing Sarah the NP for my primary care I wouldn’t know where to start. They don’t call back, they regularly mess up prescriptions, and if you’re actually sick, you will have to go to an urgent care cause they won’t be able to get you in. My husband, who also sees Sarah, was able to get in with another doc for a telehealth appointment after he had 3 positive Covid tests last week. They gave him paxlovid. Avoid this place. They are awful. The nurses argue with you. They do not call you back. They often lack the foresight to review actual issues and concerns.
It takes time to distinguish between what an entity is claiming and what the reality of the matter actually equates to. The staff at this facility are very nice people, and I am sure that they believe that they are doing the best that they can with what they have to work with. (This was actually stated in so many words) I won't go into great detail about the cumulative frustrations, disappointments, and confusion.
