I was referred to this doctor to finish my breast reconstruction from a unilateral mastectomy. I have been waiting for over a year for them to schedule the surgery. I have called 3 times to find out what the problem is. The scheduler keeps telling me that she is waiting for the doctor to write a letter to the insurance company for approval. Obviously, he doesn't want my business, so I am looking elsewhere after wasting over a year of my time.
