So unhelpful and will waste your time filling out endless paperwork but no one will ever talk to you like a real person just repeat university policy over and over again. Go off campus if you can. They only made me feel worse after contacting them.
For being a free option for therapy (for MSU students), it is great. I have had some problems with miscommunication with the staff, but other than that I have run into no problems. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.
Genuine people doing the best they can given the limited options the university holds. Life changing support for those who need it. Don’t be afraid to reach out.
