I know it might feel a little unusual to review a place like this, but I was incredibly well taken care of during my visit, and I want to recognize that here. From the front desk to the clinical social worker I met with, everyone was so caring, so professional, and so kind. I left feeling incredibly supported and deeply grateful for the time and attention given to me. Thank you so much to everyone here for the important work you do. My gratitude is immense. 🩵
So unhelpful and will waste your time filling out endless paperwork but no one will ever talk to you like a real person just repeat university policy over and over again. Go off campus if you can. They only made me feel worse after contacting them.
For being a free option for therapy (for MSU students), it is great. I have had some problems with miscommunication with the staff, but other than that I have run into no problems. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.
