It wasn't pleasant. I had an appointment at 930am for an oil change. I waited for 2 hours and my vehicle wasn't serviced.
This is a true enthusiast shop. From beginning to the end everything was a pleasant experience. My first time bringing my e46 to this shop was because I was recommended by a shop that turned me down because I over torqued a spark plug. I was also previously turned down by three other mechanic shops. When I called Wain Senior picked up and he was confident he could take on the job. They are AMAZING! The only people I trust with my car. Wayne is so patient and always communicates everything in great detail to ensure we both know the plan going forward.
