MST ADA rides was a horrible experience for a doctors appointment. Arrived 25 minutes late and my 91 year old mother could not be seen by her doctor. Management tried to blame it on the drivers, taking no responsibility for how the company runs this. Unprofessionally run! The driver's are very nice people and have no control over how management runs this program.
