MSSI very easy to work with. The president, Colette, spent almost 2 hours meeting with me going over each aspect of the installation. She described the differences between the equipment choices and why MSSI chooses certain products. I recognized that MSSI was not the least expensive way to go but I was convince that over the long haul, the installation and company support was worth it. I installed a 34 panel 10.54 kWh system. We interviewed a few different solar companies. MSSI came out and presented the facts about solar panels. Colette explained how it works and the benefits and reasons behind the products and software MSSI uses. We were given one fair price, no gimmicks, no scams. This is one of the easiest scores to give and may not emphasize just how straightforward this project has been. I often do not find the time to write reviews, but this one is deserved. Almost 6 months into using my panels, I cannot say enough about how professional and efficient the process has been.
