I am very satisfy with this facility , they are 100% available and willing to help our patients . They work fast and they take emergencies serious , we haven't found a place that says YES right away to help our patients , with no delays , and no excuses .. Good Job Team !!
I am very pleased with the home care I am provided. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone needing home care.
I am so happy with the loving care i have received. My nurse Dotty took such good care of my wound and made me feel at ease. I was so upset with my wound and she was able to calm me down and explained every stage for the wound. I would highly reccommend to all.
Absolutely Terrible!!!!! I was set up w MSS Care through Surgeon. MSS Care took the order and then subcontracted the care. The biggest issue with that is they subcontracted to someone out of network. They sent "Nurse" for original evaluation. the nurse sent was dirty and asked if i could use my own thermometer bc "Her's was a little dirty" That folks is disgusting!!!. I was set up for nursing and PT from hospital, i met my surgeon 10 days after surgery and still had not had any PT at this point surgeon told me to discontinue... read more
