I recently had surgery (9/11) and had a wonderful experience-from registration to PACU. The security guard was a woman. (Forgot her name) was friendly and kind. The registration ladies were also friendly and professional. The pre op registration was efficient and kind. Brittany the pre op nurse was thorough and answered all my questions. The OR nurse Sarah was friendly and kind. The PACU nurse, Sophie was so lovely and never rushed. The post op recovery nurse Patrica explained my post op instructions and was so kind as well.... read more
