I had a horrible experience there. Had an appointment for stress test. They never requested my referral. After driving 20 miles, walking far due to lack of parking, they refused my test claiming no referral. Primary Doctor claims they didn't request it. When I called them she was nasty and said "what do you want me to do about it." Horrible customer service. Not good for heart patients. Upsetting
Doctor Mark Simon and his staff are outstanding.Dr. Simon is very through, kind, caring and, he explains everything. Maria, his Medical Assistant, is absolutely wonderful! Contrary to some industry standards, she DOES return calls and follows up in a very timely manor.Check in staff are some of the nicest and most professional I have ever delt with. On a 1-5 star rating, they are a 6
He was great til this year now doesn’t answer phone questions, so disappointed. Had to switch cardiologists.

Misleading practice. Website states they accept Tricare insurance and the scheduler over the phone confirmed they accept Tricare. Upon visiting they charged me as out of network. I later spoke to billing and they said “we accept Tricare as out of network” which makes no sense… technically everyone accepts out of network insurances. Being that I had an urgent cardiac issue and the long wait times to book appointments as a new patient, I didn’t have the luxury of time to find another doctor.
