My experience from the very beginning was amazing. Ryan and Olivia were incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. She asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered and explained everything thoroughly. We had an amazing experience at MSP Jewelers. Ryan and Olivia were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We wanted to resize an antique ring but were nervous the ring’s structure would be too fragile. Ryan and Olivia took excellent care of the ring, and were super communicative throughout the entire process. We had such an awesome experience with MSP Jewelers! Olivia and Ryan were amazing to work with—super helpful, honest, and patient throughout the whole process. We were actually about to get ripped off by Shane Co before we found MSP, and I’m so glad we did. We ended up with a better product for a much better price. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out—highly recommend!
