I stumbled across MSP Jewelers during an accidental Google rabbit hole when my partner and I were beginning to drop hints at each other about getting engaged. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Olivia and MSP. I wanted to redesign a special ring I’ve worn everyday for more than 2 decades and had no clue where to start. She was so prompt with communication and super transparent about pricing. It felt like I had a partner in the process and I was so thrilled with the way it turned out!!!
Olivia repaired a childhood ring for me and I couldn’t be happier! She had great options for repairing and understood the sentimental value. She walked me through the process and gave a clear picture of how the repair would work. The price point was far less than other jewelers quoted. Speedy turnaround as well. So so happy with results and excited to have another reason to work with MSP Jewelers and Olivia!
Ryan and Olivia are marvelous people to work with. They were patient, professional, and generous with their time. They collaborated with me, even when I changed my mind on the stones I wanted for my 25th anniversary ring. They also resized a ring I already have that is flawless.If I could give them 1 million stars, I would. I love MSP Jewelers!
