Never rent from these people. Just like the last review, I too encountered problems reaching the people in the office after having a complaint! But they were quick to want info when someone ran their truck into the garage door at the beach condos. As a Home owner the whole team at MSP is always great. I get a message that tenant called with issue in morning and at end of day I get a message that it has been dealt with or inspected and scheduled followup is taking place. I couldn't get a plumber or A/C person on the phone in the time they have someone out and fixing the issues. We have had fallen trees, broken concrete steps, plumbing, refrigerator, and other appliance issues all taken care of by them on our property. Usually in hours. First and foremost, I will absolutely not recommend anybody to rent by MSP home rentals. The reviews are not lying, and people should pay more attention and do their research before they rent properties. It all started back two years ago when I leased the property. A month after moving in I made a complaint to the property manager Brooke Schaefer that there are people watching me and my daughters and making false reports to the police , calling the towing company all the way in Shakopee to remove my car. I have been a tenant with MSP Home Rentals for almost 7yrs. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends and strangers lol They are always professional. Brooke is amazing she’s always polite and helps me with anything that may come my way. And Chaz is always on the ball!! Anytime something on the property that needs to be fixed he’s always addressed it right away and has somebody out to fix it asap.
