I've been seeing Dr. Bhakta for 12 years; he and his staff have always been professional and helpful to me - maybe the people giving one star reviews are the problem, and not the doctor's or staff. And to the lady complaining about it being a two week wait time for a new patient that is standard procedure for virtually every doctor's office in the state of arizona. If you need help immediately you need to go to the ER or an urgent care.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Bhakta for many years and he and his staff have always been very helpful and kind and the doctor is very friendly. And I have seen Toni Nasario he is very knowledgeable and nice. And Taylor is also very sweet and kind I have no complaints

Staff gives me the run around, not respectful. Sighs, when having to do something extra and slams the phone down not saying have a nice day, very unprofessional here. & I’ve been going here for years and so has my family, you don’t get a nice feeling or welcoming. Certain doctors there are very nice, the front desk needs to be trained on customer service and how to be polite m/respectful esp when customers can here you under your breath and when you put the phone down. Get with it!.

Rude, nasty receptionist. Cancelled appointment and changed clinic. If Cleo answers, hang up the phone and run, Recommend Iroa group .
